UK Shipping for online orders

Iron Monkey deliver throughout the UK via Royal Mail. Orders are sent first class either ‘Recorded Signed For’ or ‘Special Delivery Next Day’ services.  These services require a signature so if you are not in when they deliver a card will be left.  It is your responsibility to collect or re-arrange delivery.

Iron Monkey cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage or late delivery of your order once it has left our premises. That’s the reason we use signed for services to track any lost parcels.

Charges are calculated by the weight of the goods packaged and the customer can then choose ‘Recorded Signed For’ or ‘Special Delivery Next Day’.

Rates are as follows:-

> 100g < 2kg £5.25 £7.95


Iron Monkey will aim to process all orders within our alloted timescale of 7-10 business working days from receipt of payment, should any of our trunks be out of stock we will inform you immediately by email.  Please subseqently allow for 3-5 working days for the delivery in the UK.  Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the next working day, which can add an extra day to delivery times.  

Should there be any delays in despatching your order due to stock availability or for any other reason Iron Monkey will contact you via email as soon as possible.

Fulfilment of all clothing orders placed with Iron Monkey is subject to stock availability. We will try to ensure that all items offered for purchase are in stock.

Iron Monkey reserve the right to cancel confirmed orders for products that are out of stock or when our suppliers, without no advance warnings, cancel or discontinue styles that ae beyond the control of Iron Monkey.

In such an event Iron Monkey will inform you by e-mail. A suitable alterantive will be offered or where requested by the cusomer a full refund will be made. Any dates Iron Monkey specify for delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay from the delivery service.

International Orders must contact us direct to arrange for orders to be dealt with.  We can only process orders online within the UK but welcome any enquiries from overseas. Please contact us via email at contact@ironmonkeywear.co.uk.

Returns

Iron Monkey is committed to providing excellent service and merchandise and will offer a full refund (excluding any postal or packing charges) if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.

The following terms & conditions apply: -

NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE CAN BE GIVEN ON ANY TRUNKS DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS .  

Before returning your item(s) please contact us (contact@ironmonkeywear.co.uk) for further instructions of what to do next.

Iron Monkey will only accept goods (other than Trunks) returns if they are sent back within 5 days of receipt. The full cost of returning the goods will be the customers’ responsibility.  We recommend on returning goods you use a signed for service.

Goods (Other than Trunks) must be returned back in perfect re-saleable condition and NOT WORN/NOT STAINED or washed with all original labelling and with all packaging complete.

No refund or exchange will be made until goods have been returned and checked by Iron Monkey, we cannot accept any liability for lost parcels and the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.  Postage costs are non-refundable.

Iron Monkey aim to process returns within 5 working days of receiving your return. We will send you an email to confirm that we have processed your refund, but it may take a further 5-10 days for the banks to credit your account with the refund.

Refunds can only be given to the original payer so if you decide to refund a gift the payer would need to be advised.
