Terms & Conditions for Bodybuilding Trunks Online Orders
· Processing time for online bodybuilding trunks is up to 14 business working days. This doesn’t include weekends and bank holidays.
· Processing time for bespoke trunks that are made to measure and to order is 14 business working days. This doesn’t include weekends and bank holidays.
· When placing your order you must organise and order in enough time from your show date, this allows for the processing of 14 business working days ( not including weekends and bank holidays), to allow for delivery which depending on which delivery you choose can take up to 3-5 working days.
· Full Payment is required at the point of sale and all orders are final and cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
· For Bespoke trunks your measurements must be accurate because your order will be made to those measurements so if they are correct your trunks should be a perfect fit, we cannot take responsibility for any inaccurate measurements sent.
· You must notify us within 24 hrs of receiving your custom made to measure trunks if you are not 100% satisfied by emailing Giz at email@example.com or ringing on 07860 866356.
· Iron Monkey cannot be held responsible or replace any lost, damaged or any late deliveries of orders sent out once they leave our premises. This is why we recommend you choose Special Delivery which can tracked by a tracking number and provides insurance on each item.
· Delivery of your trunks will be confirmed on receipt of your order and payment be received, it will be 7 business working days from receipt of your order and payment. With a choice of Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for and Royal Mail Special Next Day Guaranteed Delivery you must allow for 3-5 days.
· ALL orders will be despatched by either Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for or Special Delivery Next Day service. Both requires signatures so it is important that once you have a delivery date there is someone at the delivery address to sign for your parcel. If you are not in a card will be left. It is your responsibility to collect and re-arrange delivery.
· NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE can be given on trunk orders whether they are readymade or custom made to measure due to hygiene reasons so please make sure you get in touch with us if you don't know which size to order.
· Customers must make sure they order the correct style and size of trunks, checking any federation rules Ironmonkey cannot be held responsible for incorrect trunks ordered and no refunds or exchanges can be made. Please make sure you check your federation if you are unsure.
· Should there be any faults with your trunks when you receive it then please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your order. WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON TRUNKS UNLESS THERE IS A FAULT ON THEM. PLEASE SEE OUR RETURNS POLICY
